Largest frontage stands (B-series), prime position near the main entrance and registration.
Double-width stands (A-series) in high-traffic positions across the hall.
Standard exhibitor stands (D-series) throughout the main floor.

On submitting, your stand is held for 24 hours pending payment of the full amount or the first half; the organisers confirm once payment is received.
All amounts paid are non-refundable.
Questions
How do I request a stand?+
Open the live floor plan, click any open stand, and complete the short exhibitor form. Your space is held the moment you submit, pending confirmation by IPF.
What is the amount for a stand?+
The amount for a Platinum (3×9m) stand is US$6,000, Gold (3×6m) is US$3,000 and Silver (3×3m) is US$1,500, per stand. Amounts are in US dollars for exhibitors outside Nigeria.
Can I pay half the amount?+
Yes. When you request a stand you choose to pay the full amount, or half the amount within 24 hours and the balance by 9 January 2027. If the balance is not paid by 9 January 2027, the stand is released and the half already paid is not refunded.
Is the amount refundable?+
No. All amounts paid are non-refundable. This applies to the full amount and to a half amount, with no exceptions.
When and where is it?+
The exhibition runs 3 & 4 March 2027 at Hall 1, Landmark Event Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria. An exclusive B2B Meet follows on Friday 5 March 2027.

No. When you submit the form, your stand is held for 24 hours so you can pay the full amount or the first half. The organisers confirm your booking once payment is received.
